Our association
Stop Violence Against Children is an association that was established on 12 June 2018. The background for the association's establishment is that children's rights in Denmark have very narrow conditions. Politicians talk a lot about the "best interests of the child", but no one is seen to be dealing with the serious violations that are committed against children on a daily basis, and which to a large extent mean that children who have the opportunity to grow up in well-being are turned into children. is frustrated solely for the reason that children's human rights are not respected.

The Think Tank focuses on what established rights children have pursuant to Denmark's international obligations, and how authorities and courts handle these rights.

The think tank issues Consultation responses and thereby exercises influence on the legislation and submits reports to the relevant foreign organizations that ensure that Denmark respects human rights in the area of ​​children in Denmark. Furthermore, the association participates in committee meetings and regularly contacts the relevant bodies regarding the problems in the area of ​​children.
And
In our work, we have established a "posting scheme", where authorities can agree on help to understand the dynamics of violence, and where private individuals have the opportunity to have their case included in a report or brought before the UN.
